• For artist accounts: The year of birth (to verify eligibility) and Full Name

By providing this information, you agree to keep it up-to-date and accurate.

3. Data Collection and Security

Tracks collects and stores personal data, including email addresses, passwords, and year of birth for artist accounts, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Here is how we secure and store your data:

• We will not share your email address or personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to create a regular user account. To create an artist account, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirements.

5. In-app Purchases

Tracks offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to song and album purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the following:

• The price for each item will be displayed before you finalize the purchase.
• When you make a purchase, you authorize Tracks and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the specified amount.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Please ensure you review your purchase carefully before confirming it.

6. Payment Terms

Tracks use third-party payment processors to facilitate in-app purchases. By purchasing any content or services through the app:

• You agree to the terms of the payment provider.
• The amount will be deducted from your selected payment method as shown at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for ensuring the validity of your payment method and sufficient funds in your account.
• Tracks is not liable for any errors in transactions or payment processing beyond its control.

7. User Content

Tracks may allow users to upload, store, and share music and other content through the app, particularly for artist accounts. By uploading content, you agree to the following:

• You own the rights to all content you upload or have obtained the necessary licenses.
• You grant Tracks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content through the platform.
• Tracks reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content found on Tracks (except for user-uploaded content) are the property of Tracks or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any of these materials without written permission from us.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in illegal activities, misconduct, or any behaviour that disrupts the user experience on Tracks.

10. Changes to Terms

Tracks reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the app after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, availability, or content of the app. You agree that Tracks will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the app, including in-app purchases or unauthorized access to your account.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malawi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
